Group Classes

Part 1: Online Theory Learning (E-Learning)

Complete the theory portion at your own pace online.
- Basic Diving Knowledge: Understanding the underwater environment and human physiological responses, including pressure changes, respiratory system regulation, and pressure equalization.
- Introduction to Diving Equipment: Learn to use essential diving equipment, including masks, regulators, tanks, wetsuits, and weight belts.
- Diving Safety and Risk Management: Study safety rules, common diving-related conditions, and their prevention, such as decompression sickness and barotrauma.
Completing the online theory is mandatory before beginning in-water training.

Part 2: Confined Water Training

Practice basic skills in a pool or shallow water environment.

Course Duration and Requirements:

Total Duration: 3-4 days (subject to student progress)
Depth Limit: Maximum 18 meters for this course; the recreational diving depth limit is 40 meters, which requires an AAD Advanced or specialty diver level.
Student Requirements: Minimum age of 12, good health, basic swimming skills, and floating ability.

Course Policy

Payment Deadline: All participants will be notified of the payment deadline. No late payments will be accepted.
Course Upgrades: If you switch to a new course that has a higher fee than the originally booked course, the price difference must be paid. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellations Due to Conditions:
- If activities must be cancelled due to adverse ocean conditions or other unavoidable circumstances, any fees paid will be converted into credit points for future use. No cash refunds will be issued.
No-Show and Personal Cancellations:
- Cancellations due to personal reasons will be non-refundable. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
Price Changes:
- The dive shop reserves the right to change course prices at any time before payment. Participants are responsible for confirming current prices before making a payment.
Course Cancellation and Postponement:
- Written notice is required at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date for any cancellations or postponements.
- Postponements must be rescheduled within three calendar months. Failure to complete the course within this period will result in forfeiture of any payments.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Bookings made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
eLearning Courses:
- The cost of eLearning courses is non-refundable once purchased.
Course Commencement:
- No refunds will be issued once the course has begun.
- If you need to reschedule after the course has started, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.
Dive Medical Requirement:
- If you are over 45 years old, a mandatory Dive Medical may be required prior to participating in the course. This should be completed no later than 7 days before the course start date.
- Failure to provide the Dive Medical within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any payments made, with no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

We move fast to get our orders packed and dispatched as fast as possible. If your order hasn't already been dispatched, we should be able to cancel your order.

Please note that some orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted by infinitydive.
If you need to cancel an online order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us.
No order shall be binding until it is accepted by InfinityDive. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these policies, is formed on acceptance by InfinityDive of an order from the Customer.
InfinityDive reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. Where we makes a part delivery of any order, such delivery shall constitute a separate contract. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by InfinityDive.

In-store pickup policy

In Store Pick up orders will be available for collection in store for a period of 1 month if the product is in stock; if the order isn’t collected by this point, $10/day storage fees may apply unless a prior arrangement is made with InfinityDive.

Trip / Event cancellation policy

No refund for cancel request made less than 24 hours.

Courses cancellation policy

1. There will be a payment deadline announcement to all participants, no late fee will be accepted.
2. If you cancel or transfer your course due to personal reasons, you need to pay an administration fee starting from $98, which will incur within the paid fee.
3. If the new course is of a higher value than the original booking, the difference must also be paid. No exceptions.
4. If special circumstances or ocean conditions cause the necessary cancel on activities of the day, our students or participants who paid will get the fee convey into credit point. No direct cash return.
5. If any paid fees are cancelled after 14 days due to personal reasons, the full payment will be converted into company credit points. If cancelled 7 days before departure, fee will refund by 50% deducting from the conversion payment company credit points. If the payment is made within seven days before departure, there will be no refund.
6. Before payment for any activity or course, the company reserves the right to change the price, and participants must take the initiative to confirm the relevant changes.
7. If an emergency medical condition manifests within 24hrs of your course start time, proof must be provided in order to transfer your course at a reduced rate depending on the case.
8. If you have indicated yes to any of the questions on our dive conditional from, then one will need to be provided at the time of booking or 14 days prior to the course start date. Once you are fit to dive unconditionally, cancellation procedure will apply the above conditions. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the course and rebooking will be at full cost.
Special Conditions

Special circumstances will deal in case-by-case manner as such medical conditions, verbal instructions, unconditional payment, etc.

Credit points

The credit points of the company after the refund can be purchased for any consumption within the company, and it will take effect forever indefinitely.
