We are proud of ourselves on friendly customer service and our delivery & shipping service is no exception. Sydney-based scuba gear shops engages with countless orders daily. We look after hundreds of customers per month, ensuring that their orders take place quickly and accurately. And no matter how much you buy, shipping is even mostly free across mainland Australia!

Please note: the Australia Post network is experiencing delivery delays at the moment, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes. We really appreciate your patience during this time.

 

Due to the large amount of order volume we are currently experiencing, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.


EXPRESS SHIPPING (AUS)

We offer express shipping to our customers, normally will be delivered no more than 2 days after dispatched.


STANDARD SHIPPING (AUS)

We work hard on processing your order as fast as we can. However, due to the high demand for orders coming through our system or unpredicted events, it might take a couple of days for your orders. Normally, our customers will get the order within 7 business days after dispatched.


🔥INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can deliver to the majority of places around the world, however, please note that some suppliers restrict the sales of their products outside of Australia. We may advise you on this when we have received your order.

We use Australian Post Standard International Service to ship your product and it may take 12 to 15 business days after dispatched. However, we also provide Express services at your own expense, you can contact us to discuss the shipping options that suits you the best.

ADVANCE ORDER

For some products due to sold-out or other reasons, we only allow customers to make an advance order. For any advanced order, we normally need to use 14 days to process it. Although it takes longer, it is worth waiting. There are many limited editions only for advanced orders.
