RETURNS POLICY & WARRANTY

14 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore, we provided a 14 Days return guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days to our store.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Please read the conditions carefully below. If any conditions are not met, we have the right to refuse the return to you. 
  • All return products should be without any damages and must be the new and unused condition in the original packages or boxes. 
  • There are no missing parts of products. It must contain its original manual, warranty cards, accessories, etc in new and unused condition. 
  • We are not responsible for any items stolen or missing. However, we will help you to claim parcels missing and damaged since you received your parcels within 7 business days. 
  • Any returns must be contained with a digital or paper receipt. Please send us your digital receipt when you contact us through email. 
  • If the product is defective, you would not need to pay for the postage fee. Any other reason for exchange and return, you are required to pay the delivery fee.
  • For any wetsuit or undersuit, please make sure it is returned in a new and unused condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, we may refuse your return request for masks, snorkels, unless it is defective.
CLEARANCE PRODUCTS 
For any products sold as clearance ways or 50% off, we do not accept returns unless they are defective or important accessories are missing.
REFUND & CREDITS 
For most cases, we will make the refund to your account which you provide to us. The processing time is up to 30 business days but normally within 14 business days. 
For any purchases using gifts vouchers, we only refund them as new gift vouchers or credits. 
WARRANTY
  • All products would be under the manufacturer's product warranty policy cover.
  • If any product is defective within the warranty period, customers would have the right to contact the manufacturer to repair or replace it.
